Coin Strike

★★★★☆ 4.3 Editor rating

Coin Strike is one of those games that explains itself in about ten seconds and then quietly eats a lunch break. You flick tokens across a felt board, trying to clear stacks and line up chain clears. The physics feel springy and satisfying, and there's a nice weight to each flick that makes a clean sweep genuinely pleasing.

The progression is handled through unlockable boards, each with its own layout quirks and obstacles. Early levels are gentle, but later stages throw in moving barriers and tight angles that force you to actually plan your shots. The team enjoyed how it stays one-handed the whole way through, which makes it perfect for a commute or a queue.

It's not a deep game and doesn't pretend to be. But the controls are precise, the pacing is good, and it never nags you to come back. We tested it over a week and kept opening it without really deciding to, which is usually a good sign.
